A rural wood fired bakery specializing in hand shaped flavourful, organic whole grain bread and a visit to Thunder Oak Cheese where the Schep family’s award winning Gouda is made with fresh milk from their own Holstein cows will provide some tasty fixings for a unique dinner.  Charter fishing for a half day on Lake Superior offers the chance to garner a lake trout, whitefish or salmon at source to add to the dinner basket.  Afterwards, Lot 66 Chef Mike Roulston will accept your ‘loaves and fishes’, pair them with some superb Ontario wines and create a delicious epicurean dinner for your group.
